Tempo Movement Sessions

Join us for an exciting weekend of workshops at the Tempo Festival celebrating movement, culture and creativity in the heart of the city centre at the Strand Arcade. Whether you’re starting your day with revitalising yoga, exploring Pacific dance forms, or guiding your children through a dynamic hip-hop experience, there’s something for everyone.

Our movement sessions are suitable for beginners and those with more experience too!
